Bollywood actress Vidya Balan has given tips to lose weights. Vidya said that if you want to lose the weight take long sleep. Vidya Balan said i too try this tip and take long sleep due to which my weight is reduced. She also said that if you will take long sleep your mind will remain fresh and strong and i also complete my sleep in free time. while taking about the success of her recent films Paa and Ishqiya she said that it is due to hard work of whole team because films are made with complete team work. one person cannot make the film successful so the credit also goes to whole team. Vidya also said that i worked in some films due to which i was criticized but i always work according to my will.
